In my experience the programming work all comes from the business
functionality that your expected to know. 

I have spent 3 weeks on a three table credit card "fix".  I am also working
on other functionality in a separate app for more cc fun for the company.  

I still have on my to do list :
Text boxes and labels are visible after you go through an attempt to make a
charge, fail at it, and then the user changes how they are setting it up.

This is a future charge system and not a real time, think of payments over
time in a software lease for a year.
