What should be added to the definition:  "They believe you should do 
everything yourself, and if you don't know it, learn it."  While that 
might be a modest/humble position, it's not realistic.  If that was the 
case, they'd all shun computers and just insist on hard work only 
(...not smart work).  Hence, my slogan.  Now the lightbulb is going off 
as to why I don't get any work from them....they're good, hard working 
people, but they pretty much insist of hard work only.
