Yep...usually when I've been messing around with "Display as Desktop" forms
and/or class libraries or been playing with the Debugger and "on Shutdown"
commands.

If you put the following code into a .prg and run it:

* Start Program
*
DECLARE ExitProcess IN kernel32 INTEGER uExitCode
DEFINE PAD Eject OF _MSYSMENU PROMPT "Force Shutdown" MESSAGE "MayDay
Mayday.....ABORT!"
ON SELECTION PAD Eject OF _MSYSMENU ExitProcess(0)
*
* End Program

...This will give you a way out from the main Menu!
