Bit quick, eh?

It's much needed. I got bitten by the notorious file copy performance
problem. Google 'vista slow file copy'. When I was on my 100Mb LAN I was
getting 9b per second copying files to a W2K3 server. That's 9 *bytes* a
second. I nabbed an MS hotfix off some nefarious website, and did a
couple of other things that were suggested and it's back to maybe 60% of
what it would be in XP doing the same thing. it's the new IPV6 network
stack. Grrrrrr. Absolutely ridiculous that something as fundamental as
that wasn't spotted and killed in real-world testing.
