Also agreed....way too many folks out there doing cut/paste...has been 
that way for YEARS!  I remember this guy I used to work with who always 
copied his Assembler programs and then just threw in some code to do 
what was necessary....but yet he never went back and cleaned up the crap 
he never needed/used in that instance.  And the field names were 
hilarious too.  I'd open the program to see "FIELD3" and "FIELD4" 
defined and know instantly whose program it was!  It was his "signature" 
(although I'm sure he didn't expect it to be).
