Hi Michael!

You may not know this, but by the time they can see patients on their own 
their expensive education is almost ten years old and somewhat obsolete. They 
spend their first umteen years out of school cleaning hospital bed pans or 
whatever, they call it "residency".

The life/death decisions are made by the insurance companies and the drug 
companies, rubber stamped by the FDA. All they have left nowadays is 
arrogance. And the alternative guys are but a little better, sad to say.
