Umm... AT&T *is* Cingular. And all cell carriers, including Cingular/
AT&T, work this way. AT&T makes exceptions for calls to anyone within
the same network, or calls between certain hours, etc., but the
philosophy is the same. Text messages, transmitted images, etc., are
all billed to both sender and receiver.
