My girlfriend's piano studio's hours are 3-10, so I've pretty much assumed her schedule too since almost all of my work is from home now. So I've still not gone to bed for the evening. If there's an emergency at a client, I'll get a phone call, if not, I work in the afternoons and evenings.
The only thing that sucks is the occasional morning meeting, or morning emergency call. The Internet and remote desktop is a wonderful thing.
