This should do what you need.

SET LIBRARY TO foxtools.fll addit

nResult = FOXTOUCH( ;
   m.cFilePath, m.nYear,m.nMonth,m.nDay, ;
   m.nHour,m.nMinute,m.nSecond)

The FOXTOUCH() function changes the time stamp
 of the file specified with <filename>.

If the time stamp parameters are not specified,
 the file is stamped with the current system information.

Subject: Any way to have the OS change the date last modified on a file?

I would like to control the date and time last modified in some files I
need to copy from another system. All I can think of is to change the
system date temporarily while I copy each file. Does anyone have better
idea?

TIA - Joe Yoder
