Yes, it is written in RB, with extensive use of plug-ins.

I must say that the migration from VFP to RB isn't too bad.  RB is
pretty cool.  Not perfect, but cool.

Between RB and Dabo (and a couple of others) there are good
cross-platform development tools available.
