I've got a client where one of her PCs is very slow to load FabMate. She sees the Visual FoxPro window for 2 minutes and then finally the login screen comes up. The first thing my app does is change the _screen.caption so I know the slowness is in loading the runtimes prior to my app even starting.
Suggestions from those who have encountered this in the past? I suggested that she place the runtimes directly in the application folder. -- Michael J.
