Many thanks again - a terrific help. 

I am just about to start looking for different "fill types" - ie, 
horizontal lines, vertical lines, up and down diagonal lines, 
vertical-horizontal hatching, diagonal hatching etc.

I am really enjoying GDIPlusX !
