There are so many laws and bylaws I don't think we can be sure what's
a "crime" anymore. If I wanted to grow my own vegetables and use lots
of power to do it, even though I'm not doing anything illegal, some
busybody will get involved.

No good deed goes unpunished. :)

What I want to know is are the LEDs bright enough? What LED replaces a
60 watt ILB?
