Ken, Try to install php-5.2.0-win32-installer.msi on the server, reboot and it should come back. I have messed up all three of my servers at one time or another so I'm getting good at recovering them. If you have more problems let me know and I may be able to help you. I am using Zend studio and the built in debug works pretty good for us. With the Zend optimizer the sites zip along pretty good overall.
