Thanks for the warning, Derek.

My server didn't respond at all to PHP with "ISAPI server setup"  
chosen, so I changed the PHP setup to to "CGI server setup" and it  
worked. I don't remember being given that choice on prior PHP (5.2.0  
and before) installs, so I just guessed -- wrong, it seems. This is  
just my development machine and testing server, nowhere near  
production, so performance isn't an issue yet. I definitely need to  
know when we go into beta and production on the client's server.

I am *such* an idiot when it comes to hardware issues -- I don't see  
any place on my server setup where it IIS-5 differentiates between  
working in CGI mode versus ISAPI. (Or am I not even saying that right?)
