The owners name or the license key code? There is a difference between the two.
Changing the owners name just changes effects such as when you install an app,
and it asks for the name and organization, it will sometimes auto fill that in,
and you can change it if you want. Changing the key code changes ownership of
that version of windows to a new owner.

I used the idiot way to do it ,and ran RegEdit, searching and replacing 
the owner name.  Dunno that I'd want to do it again, though.
