can acquire images from scanners. I think this may be the biggest sticking 
point. The people who work here can barely use the system we have now, 
which has the ability to acquire scanned images right from the fax client.

Why is it that virtually nobody thinks--"Hey, I'll make a computer fax

WinFax thought this. Zetafax thought this. What's wrong with everybody else?
