I recommend the following (I have put these on lots of machines and none have reported any successful attacks): 1. Sygate Firewall (before Symantec bought them out) 2. Avast Antivirus (free) www.avast.com 3. AVG Antispyware ($40.00) www.grisoft.com 4. Spybot www.spybot.info 5. Adaware www.lavasoft.com
