On a Linux box, I'm not inclined to use a vendor's proprietary solution if there is a free (as in...) solution available. I've set up a number of clients with APC UPSes and used the NUT (http://www.networkupstools.org) or APCUPS (http://www.apcupsd.org/) utilities. I'd prefer them to a black box I can't see into and can only get support from one vendor. -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
