Hi Michael!

It is called HTTP Cache Cleaner. If you can't find out anything out about it, 
however, and if it just struggles along for many minutes without completing 
its load, and if you can't shut it off without pulling the plug, it either 
has problems or it is a piece of malware. I wonder which.
