In not so sure. The drivers for dual monitors at least for my cards are much
better in XP that w2k. In that there is more control and more options for
multiple use such as spanning and dual etc.
I went back to ie now it has tabs. But there is one thing that is really
getting on my nerves. That is if you start typing in the address or google
search while its still sorting itself out with the home page, it wont let
you. That I find as annoying as outlook locking itself up when it has
problems fining the IMAP folders.
As for media player, don’t really care about that anyway.
And 4, well no I don’t.

You could actually stick with Win2K.

1. Firefox could replace IE6 and even IE7 if not for ActiveX controls.
2. Media Player 10 is no better than http://www.free-codecs.com 3. You don't
play games, right?
4. You don't need AppLocale for multi-lingual support, right?
5. Your hardware don't have drivers in Win2k but WinXP?
