Can someone please explain why someone would use SQLPREPARE() over 
SQLEXEC()? I've never used it before, but after stumbling onto it in 
the help file, it still wasn't clear why I'd ever need it or what 
situation would warrant it's use.. I'm sure it's there for a valid 
reason, but I'm not seeing it, so I hope someone can shed some light..
