I usually freak out, panic, stay awake all night, and then finally decide that I may as well use the down time to learn new programming languages. As soon as I do, work arrives without fail to interrupt the learning. YMMV. Have you looked at Guru.com? A LOT of the projects are "We want the earth, the moon, the sun, and all the stars. We want it by Thursday, and we DON'T expect to pay more than $49.95". However, there are a few reasonable projects as well, and since they come straight into your mailbox, it can't hurt to check it out. Good luck, if I come across anything, I'll let you know.
