Vaporization is the most general term - it means "turning to vapour".
It can apply to solids or liquids.

Evaporation is the vaporization of liquids. It occurs not only when
liquids boil but also at lower temperatures.

Sublimation refers to the process whereby solids are turned directly to
vapour without passing through a liquid stage. BTW the opposite process
(conversion direct from vapour to solid without passing through a liquid
stage) does not have a specific name but I call it "hoaring" since it is
the process responsible for the formation of hoar frost.
