We have a list of 14,000 names/emails addy's collected from a recent bike event and we are allowed to spam it once. Getting it right the first time is paramount. I have neither the time or skills to put together something to make this happen so am looking to farm it out to professionals. I am assuming I can send whoever I find to do this something like the content of the email, the subject, and a comma delimited list. They handle the rest.
