I don’t have any expensive women here Peter. No Orange in France is not such
a good deal. But there is an anglo thing that does. I need to finish with my
current supplier first though.
800 quid a quarter ? I can think of cheaper women :)

Hi Allen,

Do they do Orange there.

I got a deal with Orange a N95 phone with GPS, 5mpixels camera etc. 1200
free minutes to other mobiles per month, free evening and weekend calls to
any UK landline, 8 megs Broadband with wireless router, wireless router has
live talk which allows me to phone free anytime to any UK and most foreign
landlines all for £35.00 per month. Vera uses it to phone to Russia, Canada,
Spain and France where she has friends. I use it to phone to USA and
Australia to talk to clients. It should cut my bill from £800.00 a quarter
to £35.00 plus Line Rental which I get for £9.95.

Cheers

Peter

I don't actually use the skype service (paid for) a lot but my other half
does as we are not in the country of origin. And being female like to chat
to friends back home. Also have skypein so they can call us.
It is back now but I am looking at another service in France that provides
internet and free calls back home to the uk. Then I will uuse the skype free
services only.

Can't you claim money or extra 'rental' from Skype for lack of service?

Looks like it's fixed now. I bet they lost some customers - they took FAR
too long to fix this. The rumour is it was caused by a denial of service
exploit.

We use Skype to communicate between offices (UK, Sweden, Norway, Ireland &
South Africa mostly). Saves lots in phone bills.
