I just got back from doing my annual physical, and its good to have that
out of the way for another year. The price of the new BlueMotion Golf
was based on the euro, so I'm not sure exactly how it would be priced in
dollars, should VW choose to bring it to the U.S. The Prius is all hype
and fashion right now, but I'll wait and see where it goes in the
future.  Right now I'm thinking the Prius would be a bad investment;
unless, you had some environmentalist Bosses, Investors, Clients, etc
you wanted to impress.

Once the Democrats are put back at the helm of government, the value to
the dollar should become stronger against other currencies making the
cost of foreign imports cheaper. Also, VW is considering opening a new
auto plant in the U.S., so they can pay labor with cheap dollars, which
could also decrease the price for a new VW for the U.S. consumer.

1 Euro = 1.3441 U.S. dollars

Regards,

LelandJ
