Ok, so here I go into the flames....

The real question here is :

Would my software have been BOUGHT if it could not be pirated?

If it wouldn't, then how much have you lost again? When I see statistics
of billions of dollars worth of pirating I always think if these people
really consider that if pirating did not exist they would've ACTUALLY
SOLD all those copies.
Would Ws be the most used OS if they could really impose copyright?
Would it be bought worldwide? Or do you think maybe linux would have a
chance?
