Nice shot Ed. Nice. And you are the one telling me I have made it impossible
for people to respond
with their opinions.

You see, I have stated several times that I do not agree that the
implementation of WGA is perfected
yet. And you say I am not reading the thread. Sheeeesh. All I have said is that
digital product
producing companies have the right to protect their IP any way they see fit. We
as consumers have
the right to buy or not. Why is this such an issue for you? If you don't like
it, don't buy it. No
one is forcing you to even install WGA. You can stay on Win2000 without future
updates, or run XP
without future updates by not installing WGA. Period. Sure it sucks, but until
the consumer base can
force Microsoft to change their ways they are unlikely to do so.

I too have had my time stolen from stoooooiped stuff like this. I despise this
fact as much as
anyone. Haven't you read any of my blog posts on how much I hate hardware?

And what part of this don't you think is reasonable?

How much did Microsoft pay you for your wasted time? Everyone here
who is defending WGA seems to be so morally outraged at the concept
of "stealing" a non-exhaustible resource, so I can only imagine their
outrage at Microsoft stealing your time, which is certainly not
unlimited.

C'mon, all you morally upright citizens! Let's see you defend this
actual theft of time.
