I did take a look on west wind for soap and 2003 issues. I fould a white paper that was supposed to be on the subject but was of little help. Thanks though A bit more info on the error. I can now after removing the mapping and rebooting, see the wsdl file in a browser and not a load of squares. I can also register the service on another machine but when calling a method I get HRESULT-0x800A13BE error (I think that’s the error anyway). I am wondering if I need to reboot after setting the mapping. Seems a WWW service restart does not always work properly. Allen
