One thing he didn't seem to make clear is the
semantics of it all.

Heart Disease is not increased, heart attacks are, on
extreme days.  However, that's only because the body
isn't used to it.  Increase the average temperature
and what is considered extreme will also be ratcheted
up.

I sm not aware of any science that says Miami or Las
Vegas has more heart attacks per capita than Boston.
