Hi Leland! You aren't missing much. I have never been drunk and I don't miss it. Half of the men in my family (mother's side) were alcoholics and died before they were 40, in addition to acting like a55holes ALL the time. There are uncles and cousins I never saw sober. Can't remember that I saw my grandpa on mom's side at all, he died before I could recognize anyone. Me? I take a drink sometimes if the host/hostess has obviously planned on it and then carry the same drink around for a long time. Last twenty years or so people have mostly been giving guests a choice of alcohol or non alcohol. If I ever got married I might take a drink that day, but maybe not. I could conspire with my fiance to have the wedding in a conservative Protestant Church and hold the reception in the church parlor where alcohol would not be permitted. Perhaps my new father in law would like the idea of not having to buy all that alcohol, probably save him money in 5 figures. -- Regards, Pete http://www.pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
