Thanks, it turns out the customer already has a pdf printer driver installed
so all I need to do is select the printer.

John:  I do all of my correspondence with customers using the pdf 
format.  Sample reports, invoices, everything.  I used win2pdf but there 
were several documents that wouldn't render correctly - especially where 
images were involved.  I bought NitroPdf which is a very reliable pdf 
driver and would highly recommend it.
