Hi Whil! These were improvised noisemakers concealed in an envelope, but the top of the table will do as well. You cut a C-shape in some cardboard that will fit in your envelope, or maybe make it out of stiff hanger wire, string a paper clip on a thick rubber band between the legs of the C and wind it tight. Fold a piece of paper loosely around it and put it in the envelope. When the recipient pulls out the paper the paperclip will unwind loudly. Make sure the kids all have a change of underwear handy. In your case you put some other stuff in the space leaving just enough room for the noisemaker. When the top is on the trap is set, when the top is removed the joke is on, the paper clip really rattles that paper. You can use them again and again by just rewinding them. Of course, the kids will then use them on you, perhaps when you least expect it.. -- Regards, Pete http://www.pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
