Hi Bob!

But, "tort reform" has gone too far, as nearly everything seems to. Just this 
year I had to settle my accident suit for pennies on the dollar because the 
Florida legislature had imposed several rules that somehow were applied ex 
post facto.

Constitution? We don't need no stinkin' Constitution.
