Not necessarily more deserving, just more equipt to deal with the system.  You 
might say that some welfare chiselers are also equipt to deal with the 
system... are they more deserving also?

I guess it would be the same as pulling somebody off the street and sitting 
them in front of a computer.  They may not know as much as you, so they are not 
equipped to do the same things that you are.  Does that make either one of you 
more or less deserving?  No, you just have different skills.  Often, the rich 
have different skills than the masses and they get paid more for them.

OJ always could run better than me, and probably than you.  Did that make him a 
better person or more deserving... not to me at least, yet what he did got more 
money for him.  I guess the quest for justice, at least economically, is just a 
never ending quest that only finds frustration.
