Hi Ken! Gentoo offers the advantage of being individually customizable to your needs and hardware. Gentoo is easy enough for a tech person who understands such things, and the literature is vast, immense even. Since my background is acupuncture, I had a tech do it for me. The people who gag on Gentoo are the ones who are all the time working on windows at their day job and only hang with the linux crowd to drink and shoot the bull. At least, that is my impression. -- Regards, Pete http://www.pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
