Madigan,

I missed this part:

> two paper bins.

The LaserJet 2600n that I use has a dual-mode paper tray. You move the stops
back to print legal size paper. The 'n' in the name means networkable. It
has an RJ45 plug in addition to a USB plug and is easy to network.

At this point, I personally think that a color laser is the only way to go
now. And for a real estate office the ink on the pages is a lot less likely
to run if conditions are damp if they use a laser.

I don't have a lot of experience with everything else. I do like the printer
I have, though. When it is running low on toner it puts up an alert. When a
cartridge runs out it stops printing and tells which cartridge needs to be
replaced. It comes with all 4 cartridges, and each one costs less than $100
for a replacement. When you open the toner package, it is in a big clear
bubble-wrap type of encasement, and you just stick the old one in and send
it back via UPS.

I like it.

I can't speak to the other printers, but I am quite happy with the machine.
