Long time no chat, I hope everyone is well!
We have an Estonian customer who has asked us if we could make entering
numbers into our system easier. Now apparently on an Estonian keypad,
the period key ('.' also del) is actually a comma key (','). This is
because they write numbers in the following format "1000000,00" (this
would be "1000000.00" in the UK). At the moment, I when they enter a
number into the system, they have to use the period key on the main part
of the keyboard (also '>'), this thus makes it an annoyance when
entering a number.
I think this might be because the input mask is something like
"99999999.99" on some of the controls.
If I adjusted the input mask for this customer to "9999999,99" would
this effect the results of some of the calculations? Are there some SET
commands I should be looking at for this regionalisation?
