Yup, as I said, it only works (parenthetical stuff) in IE. It's because I created it many years ago, using some javascript I copied without really understanding it well, and which I don't know how to update. At one time it worked in Netscape 4.x in Windows. I created it as an exercise in learning how to preload audio, and never did anything with it after that. I just passed it along because it was apropos to my exchange with Paul. Please, feel free to view source and suggest improvements. Or if you just want to hear the sounds, you can probably just navigate to the wave files and download them: www.frontiernet.net/~krdibble/Albatrs.wav www.frontiernet.net/~krdibble/BYE_BYE.WAV Ken www.stic-cil.org _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
