Drug use is a matter of personal choice, these other things are environmental.
Besides one of them is illegal.
Besides that, if we were to follow your reasoning, we shouldn't try to stop any
problems if we can't stop all of them. Hmmmm does that mean we shouldn't try
to stop any terrorists if we can't stop all of them?
