But for the most part, I'm pasting these annotations into internal emails,
and although I agree with the PDF concept, it's not as easy for internal
email memos.  I want to type some text like "Here's the latest screenshot
of the new prototype, with the new/changed area circled in red:" and then
have the picture right after it.  HTML internal emails, not just plain
text.
