Michael, SnagIt not only does circles, it does arrows, it does highlighting (like with a highlight marker), and there are stamps (pre-canned images). I use the image editor quite often when I would have used Paint. The outputs are probably every image format known to man, as well as PDF and Flash. The product is superior in so many ways and is a bargain at twice the price. The tech support is rarely needed, but works great. Techsmith is here in Michigan and I have had the opportunity of meeting the developers, marketing, tech support, evangelists, and president of the company. Great group of people who really love creating the product and really have their customer's needs as their goals.
