At this link, Bo tell the benefits for converting the VCXs to PRGs. http://www.codeplex.com/VFPX/Thread/View.aspx?ThreadId=13848 I performed some tests, and there was a slight increase of speed, specially in the library initialization. The library is really very big, and it contains lots of classes and methods that the vast majority of VFP users will never need to use, but they are there, available to all of us. Some people like RIck Strahl have said that they didn't want ot add the library to their projects because it was too big.
