I did some research and discovered that the Microsoft synchronization is
tied to Client-Side Cacheing or Offline Files. I could see some
advantages in taking this approach but when I went to set it up on my
laptop I discovered that the Offline Files tab is missing. My desktop
with XP Pro has it but my laptop with XP Home does not so I guess I'll
try the Syncback approach.

Thanks for the input - Joe
