I found a way to search Messages, Authors, Path and Revision using TortoiseSVN
but I need to be able to search the source code itself.

I can just pull the entire repository but it is over 11gig so I was hoping to
be able to search without having to bring back everything.

Thanks.

What specifically are you searching for in the svn repository? Log
entries? Authors? Dates? File names? Contents of files?

Play around with Dabo's trac search capabilities at:

http://svn.dabodev.com/trac/dabo/search

Tick "changesets" and search for various things, such as dTextBox. If it
works for what you want, your team should consider installing trac for
your project.
