I've seen Dell keys fall off before. Granted, it was a 15-year-old girl -er, young woman- that would literally punch the enter key while chatting with her boyfriend. It was the enter and spacebar. Dell wanted over $200 to replace the keyboard, which was discontinued the year before. I guess you get what you pay for?
