Wow, this was a real interesting documentary. The movie is being shown on Encore.
The movie follows the death of the EV1, a GM electric car. No where in the history of American automobiles has a company not offered a buyout of a lease, instead they took back all the cars and crushed them. I've never been a fan of conspiracy theories, but this doesn't look good at all. And one thing I've been saying for years is that hydrogen powered cars are just stupid. Transportation, infrastructure, and generation is just too costly.
