Mozilla SeaMonkey and Mozilla FireFox offer two very different experiences. Opera is a top-notch browser. There are many programs that offer themselves as a "wrap-around" to the underlying IE engine; the problem is that they carry forward all of the quirks and sometimes the underling settings of IE. Because IE is "an integral part of the operating system" (abomination that that is!), it is nie on impossible to have two separate IE engines on the same OS.
