The backend will be hosted on MS machines, using MS SQL Server, and he 
has a fear of losing business because a few of his larger clients are MS 
ONLY shops.  (Period.  Not anything we have any control over.) 

He also seems to have a personal aversion to Open Source, but I'm not 
going to get into that, as it would be fruitless.

I just need to know if there are any good reasons NOT to use C# instead 
of Python/PHP, other then the proprietary vs os arguments.   Or maybe 
there's not?
